Our team is led by Leland Redfern, a proud third-generation Floridian who has spent his whole life working the land of Southwest Florida.
In 2013, Leland started Total Access to help property owners develop their land, homes, and businesses. By 2022, our teams under Leland’s guidance have helped to develop commercial and residential properties in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties.
